Come Ride with Us!
We’re excited to welcome riders from around the United States and the world to T-Town for a fantastic summer of racing! In a typical week, riders based at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center will have two opportunities to race on the track, numerous group rides and training races, and countless opportunities to race and train on the roads of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding region. If you’re interested in joining us, please get in touch with us at athletes@thevelodrome.com with your race resume; we’ll be happy to help you explore your options.
Who
We’re excited to welcome all riders to the Valley Preferred Cycling Center! We have various race opportunities that can ensure a summer in T-Town is a positive experience for almost any level of racer.
Where
The VPCC works with local colleges, apartments, and host families to help organize housing for out-of-town athletes. All facilities are within cycling distance of the velodrome. Prices will vary depending on the situation.
When
Housing will be available from late-May to late-August.
Coaching/Volunteer Work
Visiting athletes with an active USAC coaching license are encouraged to join our coaching staff and assist with our community programming. Coaches will be compensated for their time. Other opportunities may arise (press events, photo shoots, etc.) that visiting riders will be asked to participate in.
